Privacy Statement Art. 10 L. 675/96
PRIVACY STATEMENT Informative note according to the article 10 of the Law 675/96 bearing dispositions that safeguard people and other subjects for the treatment of personal data. The given data could be used, directly or through anybody else, in order to comply with obligations foreseen by the law, regulations and public normatives, but also for other purposes concerning the supplied services as giving total execution to possible contractual obligations, defend one's rights and interests and defend from anybody elses'contestations.In any case the treatment will be accomplished with suitable procedures so that security and reservdness may be guaranteed. Holder of the treatment is Eddy Monetti S.p.A. The holder of the data can assert the rights foressen by the article 13 of the aforesaid Law 675/96. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED ex art. 13 L. 675/96: 1. In relation to the treatment of personal data, the person concerned has the right to: a) know, through free access to the register ex art. 31, subsection 1, letter a), the existence of the data who can concern him; b) be informed on what indicated in art. 7, subsection 4, letters a), b) and h); c) obtain, by the owner or responsible, without any delay: 1) the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data that concern him, even if not registered yet, and the communication of them and their origin, and of the logic and purpose on which the treatment is based; the request can be renewed, following justified reasons, after not less than ninety days; 2) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the total block of data treated in violation of the law, including the ones whose conservation is not necessary according to the purposes for which they had been gathered and successively treated; 3) the updating, rectification or, if necessary, the integration of data; 4) the statement that the operation of which at the numbers 2) and 3) were brought to knowledge, even for what concerns their contents to the ones that had received the data, except for the case in which this fulfilment is impossible or implies the employment of means manifestly disproportionate compared to the safeguarded right; d) oppose, totally or partly, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of personal data that concern him, even if they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; e) oppose, totally or partly, to the treatment of personal data that concern him, for a commercial purpose or dispatch of advertising material or direct sale or the accomplishment of marketing research or interactive commercial communication and be informed by the owner, not beyond the moment when personal data are communicated or diffused, of the opportunity to exercise freely this right. 2. For every request of which at subsection 1, letter c), number 1), a money contribution can be asked to the person concerned, where the existence of data that concern him does not result, which will not be superior to the expenses done, according to the procedures and within the limits established by the rules of which at the article 33, subsection 3. 3. The rights of which at subsection 1 referring to personal data concerning dead persons can be exercised by whoever has interests in it. 4. In the exercise of the rights of which at subsection 1 the person concerned can confer, in written form, delegation to physical persons or associations. 5. The rules on the professional secret of the journalists remain valid for what concerns the source of the news.
